• Trial

  First 30 days are £0 on the Starter plan, both modules included, up to 10 drivers. Subscribe any time to continue past day 30.

• Included allowance

  Each plan includes a set number of active drivers and admin seats. Go over, and extra drivers and admins are billed at the per-unit rate shown above.

• Billed monthly or annually

  Choose monthly or annual billing via Stripe. Annual plans pay for 10 months and get 2 months free.

• Fleet add-on

  Add DVSA daily walkaround checks, defect management, and photo-backed records to any plan for a flat per-tier price.

• VAT

  VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate.

Common questions.

What counts as an extra driver?

The highest number of active drivers at any point in your monthly billing period, above your plan's included drivers. Extra drivers are billed at £10.00 each per month (£4.00 with the Fleet add-on).

And extra admins?

£10.00 each per month above your plan's included admins. Invited admins count, whether or not they've signed in yet; a disabled admin doesn't.

When am I billed for extras?

Monthly in arrears, based on your peak usage that month — even if you're on an annual plan, extra drivers and admins are billed separately each month.

What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?

Upgrades apply straight away, with a prorated charge for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do prices include VAT?

No — all prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

What happens after the free trial?

Choose a plan in Settings → Billing. The 30-day trial includes the Fleet add-on and covers up to 10 drivers and 1 admin, so you can try the whole product first.
