About

Built for UK logistics operators.

DeliveryHub replaces the spreadsheets small-and-mid logistics operators use to plan driver work, invoice subcontractors, and meet their DVSA obligations. It is a focused tool — no bloat, no upsell, no features that don't exist yet.

Who's behind it.

DeliveryHub is operated as a UK sole trader based in Peterborough, United Kingdom.

The product is being built from the ground up for this specific domain — not adapted from a generic template. Every compliance decision (HMRC self-billing, DVSA walkaround records, UK GDPR data handling) is designed in from day one, not bolted on later.

Compliance is the point.

This product exists specifically because the compliance obligations for UK logistics operators — HMRC self-billing record-keeping, DVSA daily walkaround evidence — are real legal requirements. DeliveryHub is built to meet them precisely.

  • HMRC self-billing — 6-year retention

Self-billing arrangements require both parties to keep specific records for six years. DeliveryHub retains all financial records for the full statutory period — even if you cancel your subscription. Historical invoices never change after finalisation.

  • DVSA daily walkaround — timestamped evidence

Every walkaround check is recorded with a server-generated timestamp, a photo of any defect reported, a severity classification, and the driver's confirmation. The record is immutable once submitted. Six years of evidence, available on demand.

  • ICO-registered data controller

DeliveryHub is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. Driver PII — names, addresses, UTRs, vehicle registrations, walkaround photos — is handled under UK GDPR with the appropriate retention and erasure policies.

  • UK data hosting

The database and application servers run in the UK (London region). No driver or operator data is stored outside the UK.

  • Full audit trail

Every mutation that crosses an aggregate boundary — finalising a week, issuing an invoice, recording a defect, changing a driver profile — writes an immutable audit log entry in the same transaction. Nothing happens without a record.

Sub-processors

DeliveryHub uses a small set of UK- and EU-based sub-processors for infrastructure, payments, and email. The full list — including the purpose and data categories for each — is in our Data Processing Agreement.
